I really don't know where to this. ._.; My first time at CGing~! I sketched it (I saw it in a magazine, lolol.), but then ended up vectoring the outline of the face, hair and hands. xD Because my head was unproportional. So it's um, partial vector I guess, but the colors and all that stuff are my own. Yeah. Hair is horrible. Shading is horrible.
